How to book an appointment
Check the pop up bar on this website to see the current month(s) I am booking as it is typically 2-3 months out.
I DO NOT BOOK VIA PHONE, TEXT OR EMAIL. This is the ONLY way to book an appointment.
Click the link below and select the link associated with the service you are requesting. If bookings are closed, the form will be disabled until they reopen.
READ THE FORM THOROUGHLY and complete the required sections. You will know the form is submitted when you receive the “thank you” screen and you will also receive an email confirmation. Please ensure your email and phone number are correct on the form!
Requests are reviewed weekly when books are OPEN.
Bookings close when I book out more than 3 months as I do not want to book further out than that due to not knowing life plans that far out.
PLEASE be patient when waiting for a response as there are a large volume of submissions.
HOW TO BOOK
Please select the appointment request form for the service you are interested in. I typically book out 2-3 months and booking updates are always made on social media. If you’re unsure for which month (s) I am booking, feel free to reach out via text or DM on instagram. PLEASE be patient when waiting for a response after you submit your request form. Due to a large volume of inquiries, it may take 1-2 weeks for a response. I appreciate your patience and I look forward to working with you!
