These policies are in place to help appointments run smoothly, protect the time reserved for each client, and ensure I can provide the best experience possible for everyone who chooses to work with me.
When you submit an appointment request and book with me, you are agreeing to these policies.

Booking fees
A booking fee secures your appointment date and time. It compensates for the time spent planning, preparing and designing your tattoo. This time is specifically reserved for you and is not always able to be filled last minute, therefore it is nonrefundable. This fee transfers ONE time given 48+ hours notice.
Cancel/
reschedules
Please reach out AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Your booking fee will transfer to a new appointment ONE time given 48+ hour notice.
Same day cancellations will require 50% of the service missed to reschedule.
No shows will require a 100% payment of the service missed it order to reschedule at the artist discretion.
There is a 15 minute grace period at your appointment. Any later and we may need to reschedule and the booking fee will be forfeited.
Designs
I typically create your custom design 1-2 days before the appointment.
You will receive a ROUGH DRAFT of your design (no shading, color, or much detail just an outline) the day before for review.
MINOR adjustments are able to be made at this time. Any major changes may require a reschedule with a new booking fee. This is why it’s important to be specific in your request an also ensure my style aligns with your vision before booking.

Please only bring one guest unless otherwise approved .
Please notify me of any skin conditions or health concerns prior to your appointment ( I can’t tattoo over a sunburn, cut, bruise. Also unable to tattoo if you’re currently on Accutane or chemo drugs (after 6-12 months off of meds is general rule of thumb).
NO REFUNDS given on completed work, booking fees, or gift cards.
Price quotes are ESTIMATES. Changes to the design, detail and time required will determine final cost. You will be provided a quote prior to booking and if any increase is necessary for design/size changes.
touch ups
One free touch up is offered for simple line work on a design tattooed by me. You MUST reach out before the 6 month mark to schedule this as a complimentary service (it can be scheduled past the 6 months as long as you reach out beforehand).
Complimentary touch ups are ONLY for the current design. ANY changes to the design (for example if you want it overall thicker, darker or adding elements) it is NOT considered a touch up as the original design was agreed upon at the initial appointment.
After 6 months there will be a fee for your touch up starting at $50 for simple line work.
Coverups and full color saturation touch ups are NOT eligible for a free touch up and will be quoted accordingly.
